So I seriously cannot believe that it is February 2011 already!!!Where does the time go...honestly
Well an update of my life is in order I think....
So I didn't get the permanent job after working there for 3 years but God had a plan....I was so upset and pursued it with legal action whihc never materialised....but God had a plan. I had been looking for a job since Oct 2010 and literally nothing came up despite sending my CV EVERYWHERE!! I was starting to loose hope and that I was going to face some very tough times ahead...when I got a phone call from my old work asking if I was avaliable cos they need help =) wow God really did have a plan and everything worked out so perfectly (as to be expected when God is involved). So I now have a job for the year =)
I have 6 modules left to complete my Psychology degree =) yay for me I love it and have a deep passion for it and think that God has called me to study this so that in return I may hopefully help and heal others just like Jesus did/does!
My brother is off overseas to work and earn money to pay for his studies as he was refused admission to DUT this year =( I think it will do him the WORLD of good to survive on his own without mommy dearest (bless her soul) to bail him out all the time.
My mom turned 50 this week!!!AAAAHHHH but nothing has changed, still the same funny and cheerful bubble person =)
I am now very involved at Wesley Methodist Church running the junior youth programme along with some amazing leaders and am part of 2 worship teams, 1 morning and 1 evening. I feel so blessed to honoured to be able to use my God given talents to further His Kingdom.
So thats me in a nutshell for now...I have been absolutely terrible at this whole blogging thing but I will try blog more often.
