Remembering those you have lost...

Well it sure has been a while since my last post....MY BAD!! Most of you dont know but today 15 years ago my dad passed away. Needless to say my life changed from that very day. It has been a very long time (15 years) but feels like just yesterday...i feel we have missed out on so much of being a complete family...doing things together as a family...i mean my bro, mom and I do....but its not the same. I miss the farm where we grew up, i miss going on fishing trips...i'll miss him at my 21st when he suppose to give a speech as well as walk me down the isle and give a speecha t my wedding...its all those littlel things that we sometimes take for granted until they get taken away from us!

So take time out of your day to remember anybody you have lost or know of people who have lost loved ones and thank God for your family and friends and appreciate the time you spend with them...even if they do get on your nerves ;)

Be blessed and count your blessings every day when you wake up to a beautiful sunrise...or clouds :)

Easter...

What does Easter mean to you...to your family...to your friends?

Is it just another religious holiday that you benefit from?

Is it just another ordinary day that passes you by?

Or is it a time where you truely understand and try to fathom what it means and how great Jesus's love is for you and I?

Is it a time where you repent of your sins and choose to follow Gods path for your life?

Is this where you surrender yourself to God, that His will may be done in your life?

The time is now...recognize that God has chosen you, he died so that your sins may be forgiven and that you may have eternal life. The opportunity is yours...use it! Carpè Diem, seize the day!

May God bless you wherever you go, and may you remeber all that God has done for you through His son Jesus Christ.

Hello out there...

WOW folks its been 2 months since I have blogged...thats disgusting but my gosh working part time is tougher than I thought it would be. Surely if you work less hours a day its supposed to be better...well in my case its more stressful if you ask me...I have to doa days work in 5 hours. But its worth it, im enjoying myself so much, meeting new people and helping with any expertise I have.

One of my collegues is having her baby today...so excited for that as next year she has asked me to be her aupair! I love kids...im so looking forward to that prospect :)

I trust that you are all well and walking in the light with God on your side? He has revealed himself and his amazing work and creation to me over the past few months sop clearly, im still amazed and just stadn in awe of his capabilities.

So go out and exclaim that JESUS IS LORD!

Living in faith

Time Flies...

Well folks can you believe it,we are 1 day away from the end of January 2009! Where does the time go? It's a tad scary to think that 1 month has already gone by, before we all know it...it's Christmas again...WOAH ok im freaking myself out a bit.

January has been quite an exciting month for me...new challanges have arisen but I find myself more capable of dealing with them as I have God on my side and his guidance has led me to overcome difficulties and uncomfortable situations. I have entered into things that I never thought I would be able to do due to lack of courage...but I did it. But most of all God has led me to the most wonderful companion,a friend and the possibility of a relationship.

I have be so blessed already this year and am so grateful for the people God has placed in my life.

I pray that you to have been blessed and that God continues to work in your life.

2009...Here I Come!

So yet another year has begun...WOW!

Well it hasn't sarted off 2 well for me and my family as we went to PE 2 visit family when on teh way back our car broke donw in the middle of nowhere...it was one of the scariest moments I have been in. There was a hail storm with lightening (which I have a very strong fear of). But we got through it and the car is now ok...it was absolutely fabulous spending time with family that we hardly see...I miss them so much already and want to go back!

I believe that 2009 is going to be the year for me 2 shine...in the workplace, studies and my involvement with the church.I have committed myself to quite a few responsibilties within the church this year...but I feel that God needs me to be there, helping the church grow, bringing kids and people closer to him.

I pray that each and every one of us has a truly good year and that we experience God and his amazing love like never before!
